Challenge
Before One Click ESG’s involvement, Vanquish Yachts had several ESG initiatives in place but did not yet have a formal ESG framework or comprehensive emissions data tracking.
As a growing yacht manufacturer, the company wanted to gain a clearer understanding of its environmental footprint, identify its most material topics and strengthen the foundations of its sustainability approach.
Solution
One Click ESG developed Vanquish’s first ESG governance framework, conducted a Double Materiality Analysis, mapped the value chain and IROs and carried out the first complete Scope 1–2–3 GHG assessment. An ESG roadmap was also created to document results, identify data gaps, and highlight the direction for future targets and actions.
